Hi there, I was wondering if someone might be able to help me out. I have been to the Whaley House several times and have gotten plenty of strange "objects" in my pictures but this last time that i was there i got something that I have never seen before. I was wondering if someone might able to look at it and tell me what it might be. It is a picture of Lily's room (the room at the end of the house on the bottom floor). There is a plastic screen in the way so I know that there was no one sitting on the bed but in my picture I see a dark shadow that looks to be sitting there. I was wondering if someone might be able to look at this picture and tell me what they think that it might be. I know that Lily was supposed to have died in that room and I am wondering if it might be her. Can someone help me out? if you can, let me know. You can email me at jharter2123@yahoo.com!! Lillian Whaley did sleep on the bottom floor of the house. I would like to clear up that she did not die in the house. When she got to a point where she could no longer take care of herself she was taken to a nursing home where she passed a few months later. According to a historian I spoke with, she did express a desire to die in the house because she felt that her parents were still present and wanted to be with them when she passed. Although I have not heard of any reports of Lillian's spirit in the house it is not necessary to have died at the location. Thomas Whaley did not died in the house either but he is very present there.
